I’ve never had a facial. Which should I book?
The Calluna Signature Facial. Your therapist tailors it to your skin on the day, and first-time clients get 20% off.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for lash lifts, lash extensions, tints and peels. It takes five minutes and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your treatment — just pop in or book it online.
How should I prepare?
Come with clean skin if you can, and avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for a few days before peels or dermaplaning. We’ll go through everything at your consultation.
I’m pregnant or have a skin condition — can I still book?
Many treatments are suitable, but some aren’t. Tell us when booking and check with your GP or dermatologist if you’re unsure. We may adapt or postpone a treatment for your comfort and safety.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
How long are gift cards valid?
Twelve months from purchase, for any treatment or amount.
