Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and the website files, copy and images are yours. If you ever want to move on, we hand everything over — no lock-in, no hostage fees.
Where is my site hosted?
We set up fast, secure hosting in your name. For a site like this, quality static hosting usually costs little or nothing per month, and you pay the provider directly. Prefer to keep your current host? We can deploy there instead.
How does payment work?
Nothing up front for the mockup. Once you approve it, you pay 50% to start the build and the remaining 50% when your site launches. The AI assistant is billed monthly.
How many revisions do I get?
The mockup includes two rounds of revisions, and we keep refining during the build until you’re happy to launch. Small text and photo changes in the first 30 days after launch are included.
Can I cancel the AI assistant?
Yes. It’s month to month with no contract — cancel anytime by email and it stops at the end of the current month. Your website keeps working either way.
How fast can you launch?
Most sites go live about 7 days after you approve the mockup, as long as we have your logo, photos and service details. If you don’t have good photos yet, we can start with quality licensed images.
Where are you based?
Exact Solution is a small studio based in Valencia, Spain, working remotely with US home-service businesses. We schedule calls during US business hours and reply to every message within one business day.
