How do I know if it’s an emergency?
If water is actively leaking, a drain is backing up, or you have no heat in freezing weather, treat it as urgent: shut off the main water valve if you can and call our 24/7 line. How much does a service call cost?
Our diagnostic visit is $89 and is waived if you approve the repair. After diagnosing the problem, you get a flat-rate written price before any work begins — and nights and weekends cost the same.
Should I repair or replace my water heater or furnace?
It depends on the unit’s age, how often it has failed and the cost of the repair. As a rule of thumb, if a tank water heater is over 10 years old, or a repair costs more than half of a replacement, replacing usually makes sense. Your technician will show you both options in writing — no pressure either way.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Every technician is licensed, insured, background-checked and drug-tested. We carry full general liability and workers’ compensation coverage, and we never use subcontractors.
Do you offer financing on new systems?
Yes — monthly payment plans are available on qualifying water heater and HVAC installations, with approved credit. We’ll walk you through the options during your free replacement estimate.
