Who we are

Exact Solution (“we”, “us”) is a web studio located at Calle Palleter 33, 46008 Valencia, Spain. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email breyner@getexactsolution.com.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form (which opens a pre-filled email in your own email app), we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, business name, email, phone number, website and message.
• Business contact information for outreach. We may contact businesses by email about our services. For this we use business contact details that are publicly available, such as a company website or business listing (for example a business name, a generic or role-based business email address, website and city).
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare a mockup or quote, and deliver the services you ask for.
• To send occasional, relevant business emails about our services to businesses that may benefit from them. Every email identifies us, includes our postal address and explains how to opt out.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: steps prior to a contract and performance of a contract when you ask for a mockup, quote or service; our legitimate interests in contacting businesses about relevant services and in keeping our site secure, balanced against your rights; and your consent where it is required, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as email and website hosting providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or when required by law. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. If you opt out of our emails, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we never contact you again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing (including for direct marketing, at any time), and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email breyner@getexactsolution.com. We will respond within the time required by law (generally within 30 days under GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA). If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority, such as the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers and professional or commercial information (such as name, business name, email, phone and website) from the sources and for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. You have the right to know, delete and correct your information and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Opting out of emails

You can stop receiving our emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us with the subject “unsubscribe”. See our unsubscribe page for details.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
