Do I need a consultation before color?
For a big change, color correction or your first balayage, yes — book the free 15-minute consultation. It lets us plan the time and give you an accurate price.
What is your cancellation policy?
Changes are free up to 24 hours before. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service.
Do you cut curly and textured hair?
Yes. Tessa specializes in curly and textured hair and cuts dry, curl by curl. Book the curly cut so we reserve enough time.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, in any amount, in the studio or by phone. They never expire.
